1. Refund Eligibility
Any advance paid prior to material procurement is fully refundable. Once material has been cut to size or work has begun on-site, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel a scheduled installation up to 24 hours before the appointment without any charges. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a small visit charge.
3. Service Refund Conditions
If the completed work does not match the agreed scope or quality, we will first rectify the issue at no cost. If it cannot be resolved, a partial or full refund will be processed.
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
